Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item must be in its original packaging.
Please email Clientservice@soapynature.com if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30days. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds (if applicable)
once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. if your return is accepted and is within the 30 day period, then your full refund will be processed and credited back onto the form of original payment.
Late or Missing refund (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company first, as some refunds may take some time to process. if you cannot resolve the missing refund with your bank or card company, please contact us at Clientservice@soapynature.com
